Brandon Darby testified in the case of David McKay the last week of January 2009. After 3 days of deliberation, the trial ended in a hung jury, largely due to the role of Brandon Darby as a provocateur. McKay will be retried in March. In the closing arguements McKay's defense attorney declared that Brandon "...wasn't the eyes and ears. He was the mouth — a violent, firebomb-obsessed mouth." [From Pioneer Press]
